Goal (Long):
I'd hate to say that vanity is not a driving force. But anyone who doesn't want to hear "Wow, you've lost a lot of weight", or "You look great" is a liar. I want muscle tone with a side of bulk and strength. I don't want to be self conscious when I wear clothes, or be called the "heavy-set guy" anymore. Enough is enough!
Dude, awesome transformation. My hat goes off to you for discipline, transformation. I know it's not easy, but the rewards speak for themselves. You are an example to a lot of people of what you can do if you set your mind to it. Hats off!!
I do racewalking because my knees will give me fits if I run too much (I'm hoping to fix that problem with some weight training). The picture was from Phoenix RocknRoll 1/2 marathon. I normally do 1/2s, but have done a couple of full marathons. The full ones just take so darn long getting ready for!
