I just want to be healthy but I also like to test my limits.
Goal (Long):
I want to test my limits in regards to strength, endurance.
I want to make my body efficient.
I want to have overall health, not just physical, but also mental and spiritual. Working out helps me to slow down in a sense...I focus.
I also want the inside of my body to be healthy and efficient...this will be a lifelong project (LOL)...
I want to feel that my whole body is balanced and strong.
Also, I have no idea what I am doing at the gym, I need to sit down and research different exercises.
