I started with it when im saw my older brother train... he got the biggest muscle i ever seen in real life. so I Wanted to become even bigger and I wanna prove that i can become something Great like all the other Bodybuilders who have sucseed

Why I like this video: It´s amzing how strong a human could be. I like it because I want to take much in benchpress just like this guy. But not so much. :p
To get started, will I allways use something to get me warmed up with. Maybe I begin to box a litle. Or do I use the bench.

Uri - Sorry to hear of your injury! Just remember to fully recover before trying to train--or else you'll risk further injury. Take care and best of luck for a full recovery! phlski
Lol,well at least you're better off then I am. I have a misplaced spinal column, so I can't work out at all, if I do, I could potentially knock it out of place, and then I'd basically be screwed for life... <.<
To make it even worse, I start lifeguard training on the 10th. Although my chiropractor said it might be better by then. :D
Hey Uri--Not quite that old yet and thankfully can still kick butt. Training's going well. Hoping to hit the gym hard tomorrow after work--want to define my abs more.
