Urfi Did chest n Back today Killed it like always! Who else did chest today I usually dont hit chest on monday but when I go early no one there.

  • Hey so herei s the way I did it. I worked my *** off bearly any rest between workout made sure i was swating a lot after my workouts. For food I ate mostly proten sometime have some junk food. For the cardio I did 25 min before my workout then after being done wit the workout I did another 25 min but follow the way he says so make sure you do like 20 min untill he says up ur cardio to 25 min.
    For Protein I used 100% whey cellcuor, preworkout I used c4, green tea at morning before my workout and after my workout. 1 capsule, I took lcarnatine same way as I did with the green tea. Good luck if you have any ? feel free to contact me.

thenaturalone Thanks buddy, it will be fine. It will just take some time to adapt to these changes and get the answers that I need. I would include inclined along with those exercises. If you find that you're strength isn't increasing on all of your chest exercises, then you may be over-training, and therefore may want to eliminate the inclined bench. All the best! I've been having some health issues that I've had to manage on top of working 60 hour weeks, taking care of my home, my pets, plus being able to fit my own training in and prepare food. scubadvr Hey man thanks for the recent comment about me looking like a beast!! I feel like a fat ass beast after eating more crap than I should have over Christmas..lol. Just means I'll have to kill it even harder now! As for you getting, when you get back into weights after the bodyweight routine, you need to work on delts, tris, & lats. scubadvr Soryy--didn't answer your question about my abs & traps. Abs Iwork 3 times per week. Crunches, weighted crunches, hanging leg raises, Russian twists, reverse crunches and low carbs! traps I do alot of dumbbell/barbell shrugs--heavy weight. And upright cable rows too. Jun 25, 2011 2:20pm
