What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I look at the picture i took of myself at the river... 245.8 lbs is outrageous. I will never be that big again!

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
While squating a lower weight( 375 lbs) I came up to fast and compressed a disk in my lower back.
I had physical therapy twice a day for a week and once a day for a month... Its still not quite the same.
