Just wanting to see how far I can push myself and my bodies building capabilities. Although I never really lifted seriously until I joined the Marine Corps, and I am now as of October 2008, taking it as a serious hobby. So I am learning more about nutrition, the human body and wieghtlifting through both professional reading and personal experiences.
Why I Love It:
The feeling I get after leaving the gym. Seeing the ongoing results of my hard work and dedication. As well as wanting to compete in my first competition
How I Stay Motivated:
It just comes natural as breathing, eating or sleeping to me now.
BB Accomplishments:
Improve my chest, calve muscles and biceps, proportion in my back. Increase my weight to 225 while here in Iraq.. then cut down to 210-215 lean and ripped. Compete in my first competition and take 1st place.

My words are immaculate.. similar to 10 scientist decoding the hieroglyphics of ancient tribal men...
similar to being hunted by the sounds and marching boots of 3,000 Marine Corps Rifleman.. - Melle
Jamale, keep up the great work man. Looking great. All troops are in my prayers foor divine protection. You all are appreciated. Peace and blessings. The cuts in your shoulders and abds are no jike.
