I've always been jealous that all of my mates have been bigger than me, so I decided to stop playing xbox and start lifting weights
Why I Love It:
For the feeling of self respect and achieving goals I have set.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mix up my routine, do two body parts a day to keep fresh. Also I want to achieve my goal weight of 176 pounds.
BB Accomplishments:
Finally got my arms above 15 inches and recently deadlifted 130 kilograms. Yea Boi!!!!

thanks for the shout out man. gotta give you props for the back avi pic--great definition. i'm trying to do some serious cutting--running bout 30 to 35 miles (43 - 48kilometers?) a week.my running partner is my dog, so there's no wearing him out. you making mad gains? happy with your progress?
