How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
less than 5, to build strength
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
a while, especially if it is something like trying to get 2x215 on bench, i want to be able to get the weight up. if it is something with lighter weight like kickbacks i dont wait very long
What is the best age to start lifting weights?

u should be deadliftin more than me considering uve trained for 3 yrs more than me, and i only deadlift once every month or 2
with the bench stfu he did nothing,i did a full set of 115 kilos with no spot b4 that, plus i have bad shoulders i have to have hands under there just incase.
you are weak and tiny all over.. wtf uve trained all these yrs and ive surpassed you already hahahahaha

Ya, switched to sumo to see if I could pull moar and safer. I think it has to do with hips and leverages, ask IronOwl, he'll give you an answer. Hardest part for me is getting my hips involved.
