Lose the fat which has been adding for the past 15 years or so. A kilogram a year, does make a difference after a few years
Goal (Long):
I would like to get down to sigle digit fat % just once in my life. Size 32 or even 30 pants wont hurt either. Would love to get a proper V shape as well.

I can truely say that today, I've got a few very sore muscles, but this is to be expected! Normally when I start training again after a long lay off, 5 months in this case, I still think that I can lift the same as 5 months ago. Today the legs are sore and calfs is very sore indeed.
