Monday I will start phase 3 of the p90x program.  I'm still in need of help losing body fat.  I'm starting to do extra cardio on M,W,F.  I'm excited for this phase but a little worried about upping my carbs.  I still can't do the ab ripper very good.  I'm only doing 10-12 reps on everything.  I...
