How I Started:
One day, a lady I worked with was telling the entire office staff that I was "FAT", well, she accidently had the intercom speaker on...ooppss I heard her. So.... thanks to her, I realized I was FAT and decided to work out. I went from 196 lbs to 125 in one year!!! :) OK guys...don't forget to checkout my website!!! Along with being a full time MOM, I also own a WEB HOSTING company, just another way to help all my friends in the FITNESS INDUSTRY save money on their web hosting! Can't wait to host your site too... ~Ashley~

when I am doing my leg press, I also add in my calf press and just change up the position of my feet. ouch!
