this is when i started working out like 2006 of last year and this is where i hit a plateau and messed me up because i done arms and biceps everyday for 2months straight...just because of a stupid friend...  with proper diet and nutrition aswell as proper workout plan...i broke my plateau and now i'm heading into more change :)
