Worked out since I was a soldier starting 1988. Continued working out off and on since ETS in 1992. Trying again since my Blood pressure is dangerously high, and I am at the age where you really have to take care of yourself.
Why I Love It:
Love working-out because I like to feel like am trying to be the "best me" I can be.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by getting on this site, reading magazines, and looking in the mirror.

I started working out steady on March 10, 2009...and it almost been a month.  According to the scales I have not lost anything but my body feels better in so many ways.  I can do more activities without feeling so tired, and I am not having so many aches and pains.   So I have about 54 to 64lbs...

Wow dude, thanks for the comment. Looks like you got some pretty good size, Yeah you got some extra but it looks like your got some good solid muscle too. You look strong. Little by little and push hard. Keep us all posted on your progress.
