Worked out since I was a soldier starting 1988. Continued working out off and on since ETS in 1992. Trying again since my Blood pressure is dangerously high, and I am at the age where you really have to take care of yourself.
Why I Love It:
Love working-out because I like to feel like am trying to be the "best me" I can be.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by getting on this site, reading magazines, and looking in the mirror.

Too get down to 190lbs of muscle and to educate myself on bodybuilding.
Goal (Long):
I want to transform my body and actually be muscular and not obese. Making my chest bigger than abs and reducing my waist by 10inches. Bringing my weight down to about 190lbs.
I started working out steady on March 10, 2009...and it almost been a month. According to the scales I have not lost anything but my body feels better in so many ways. I can do more activities without feeling so tired, and I am not having so many aches and pains. So I have about 54 to...
So sweet of you to say that Darnell, the honor is mine as well. I attended that show this March for the first time - it was wonderful - I hope to do so again for the next show if I can work it all out :)

Yep gotta hit it whenever you can brother, no time is insane. I'll do cardio sometimes at the wee mornings and what I mean by wee is like 3:30-4:00 a.m. and then eat my breakfast and prepare all my meals before going to work. Sucks but after doing it for years you kind of get used to it LOL...
