Reason: The other stuff I was taking I didn't like the way it made me feel so I did some research and this turned out to be the best thing I've taken I love it

Reason: I really like this product it's about 7 or 8 pills but I just take them all at one time and I love how this gets me through my workouts doesn't make me feel sick at all I love it
