Hey there how are you doing I hope your christmas went great and I wanted to wish you a happy new years also. The ab workouts have been coming along pretty good I've been making some prettty good gains and I've changed up a few of my workouts just to keep things fresh. Thanks for keeping me inspired you're one of th people who keep me going again happy holidays

I am getting settled a little bit I just got my dorm room this week so that makes things easier. Coming on here will keep me motivated plus I'm going to Hawaii after m time here for 3 years and that's my other motivating factor. As always you brighten my day and put a smile on my face

Things have been slowing down somewhat for me but it seems as soon as it does it's right back to being a little crazy. I'm just taking it day by day I don't like my new job it's so boring
