How I Started:
I've always been into sports but a few years ago I just stopped playing everything and stopped working out I decided to get back on my workout grind and I just want to be healthier
Why I Love It:
I love it because I know I'm working towards a goal that's positive plus I love how I feel when I get done and the next day even if I'm sore I still love the feeling
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by a few things I know this might sound bad but seeing some of the people in uniform that are out of shape and not wanting that to be me, also by coming on here and looking at the people's profiles and knowing it's possible

well watch me vid on treadmill intervals & use different machines i alternate b/w elliptical stairstep as well also u can use stairs/bleachers 4 a change
