How I Started:
After going through difficult times I needed to get my mind right...quit the smoking, drinking, etc. and started lifting. Found it to be a GREAT stress reliever...then I found it to be addicting!!

Nutrition hasn't been on point...and if thats not bad enough, I've also ignored the cardio...GOD WHY COULDN'T I HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH A FAST METABOLISM...LOL!!
There's a little muscle there...I just need to stay on the cardio for it to come out..
still fighting the fight. graduation wknd so didnt eat so clean n had some drinks, feel like crap but back to the grind today. Amazing how bad eating affects me now. I mean my wknd was my lifestyle b4 and i dnt remember it taking a toll on my body like it does now =(

ugh i know tell me about it, the diet isn't going well for me either.And then i feel so fat because i injured my knee and i haven't been able to run...hopefully it'll get better tho.
That whole carbs at night thing is a myth...Just dont go overboard with what you eat period before you go to bed. It still boils down to the daily calorie intake. You should be fine.
Training GREAT! Diet...not so great! lol! I'm having such trouble cutting my carbs after 4pm....Seems like I'm hungrier after 3pm than all day? lol! geez...
