I started working out in high school and was doing everything wrong no diet no workout schedule. I played football so the coaches stressed the we "think big therefore Lift Big". i recently got serious in these past months and we'll see what i do with it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out simply because i feel great after a work out. i love waking up and feeling all my muscles sore.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing all the improvements i've made during the years and how much more i want to improve
5X5 are beautiful they've brought back my biceps for the most part. 2 hrs of cardio. full body work outs every time till exaustion with 1 hr cardio days in between
