When I Started:
Jul, 2007
How I Started:
I had been lifting a little bit on and off before, but in July I really got into it and made it a serious part of my life.
Why I Love It:
What's not to love? I love the way it drives me both in and out of the gym, how the dedication and motivation spills over into the rest of my life. And I love knowing that I have finally found something I am really good at!
How I Stay Motivated:
When you are doing something like this, motivation isn't a problem! I love going to the gym and pushing myself to the limits.
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I don't always track them, but when I am going through a routine where I need to know what I just did the last workout, I keep it written down in a journal.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I have been very consistent and dedicated to my training. I eat extremely healthy with only one cheat meal a week, even though I am not in contest preparation, and I never miss a training day. If it is the case where I will absolutely have to miss a training day, I will do that...
Just saw your new updated stats - it's good to see that your plan to "get big" is clearly working. Hope your holiday season is going well and that the New Year brings you nothing but success!
It will be cool to see you do more comps, especially with your growth potential. I am SO psyched to start cutting! Did you devise your won cutting plan? Do you have it posted? You REALLY nailed it for your latest comp!
My experience with OCB shows has been very positive. Well run, fair judging, draws strong competitors. You will have to check if you can compete since you got your INBF pro card. BTW, do you have your cutting diet posted online?
I'm aiming for the OCB Circle City in Indianapolis May 22nd. And you are a new role model for my conditioning. Damn, u looked amazing at your comps! Hope u enjoyed showing it off, you worked hard for it!
