Overall Goal: Qualified for the nationals!!!! Thanks to Coach Carla, you made it happen!!! And thanks to everybody who supported me in preparation, it meant a lot!!
I had been lifting a little bit on and off before, but in July I really got into it and made it a serious part of my life.
Why I Love It:
What's not to love? I love the way it drives me both in and out of the gym, how the dedication and motivation spills over into the rest of my life. And I love knowing that I have finally found something I am really good at!
How I Stay Motivated:
When you are doing something like this, motivation isn't a problem! I love going to the gym and pushing myself to the limits.

I have been very consistent and dedicated to my training. I eat extremely healthy with only one cheat meal a week, even though I am not in contest preparation, and I never miss a training day. If it is the case where I will absolutely have to miss a training day, I will do that...
Yup, I'm trying to kill you. Oh but just think, you'll be the most muscular dead person EVER! hahaha! Hang tight. I know that with your work ethic, you will make things happen for yourself! :)
Pretty good for me actually. Nothing as spectacular as qualifying for nationals or anything, but not bad at all. Are you planning any more comps for the summer or taking some time "off" for a while?
