My diet's not doing so hot. I got sick a couple of weeks ago, and work's been deadly busy. Plus my shoulders/rotators/back are acting up. All of which is turning me into the guy that sits around and whines about wanting a great body but not actually doing much about it. This is the weekend that changes though. Starting... now! :)

Lol I don't think eating more is stupid. I think it's stupid that I still struggle with it. You'd think it'd be easy for me :)

Hey Dave. Always great to hear from you. Things are going good. Just getting back into heavier lifting again. And still trying to eat more, which seems stupid to me, but that's where I'm at.

Hey! The workouts are going good. Just getting back into them after a month or two off to recover from some shoulder stuff. Happy to be back!

Hey Dave Doing ok. Doing physio right now, still laying off the weights, for the most part. Pretty difficult not to, except for the hurt shoulder part stopping me :) Hopefully the shoulder will be fixed up in the next couple of months. Seems to be taking forever. Great to hear about your new part. Sounds like you fit it perfectly :)

Hey Dave I am still at it. Still sort of recovering from shoulder/upper back problems, but still going. Trying to eat properly, and enough, and get enough cardio, and blah blah blah :) Things are going good. Sounds like you're doing good. Nice to hear that you enjoyed the trip to the amusement park. I haven't done that in forever.

Hey Dave Things aren't going so hot this month. I wrecked my shoulder a couple of weeks ago, and it's taking forever to heal. I think it's been a problem for awhile, and it just got to the point that I actually noticed it. Doing some rehab, and hoping it heals faster :)

Hey Dave I think I'm eating enough right now. Thanks for asking. Haven't been able to weigh myself for a couple of weeks now, but I look like I'm putting on weight. It's visible belly weight that is, but I can also see more muscle coming in slowly. Nice new pic! And don't worry about your blogs. They're still interesting :)

Working with a trainer is awesome. He keeps me honest, and pushes me way harder than I normally push myself. He knows tons more than me, and I'm not worried about my form degrading without someone pointing it out to me (specifically on my dead lifts, squats, snatches, and cleans). I would definitely recommend working with a (good) trainer.

Hey Dave The lifting is going ok. Taking a break from super heavy lifting. Did heavy deadlifts about two weeks ago, and my trainer said to take it easy. So doing other stuff in the meanwhile. And I think I could probably make myself heavy by summer, but I'd probably put on a bunch of fat too. I'm trying to take it slow. We'll see how it goes. Thanks for the comments. You rule.

Hey! I think I'm back up to my astonishing weight of 158. Been floating around there for a few days. I did lose weight, but not on purpose. Just wasn't cramming enough in me for a bit there. Back on top of it though :) Thanks for asking.

Those pictures I posted are months old now. I have to put up some new ones. My abs are visible, but not defined now. I've been trying to put on weight for 4 - 5 months now.

The speed/incline pyramids are rough! I'm gonna start doing those sometime next week too. Pre-weight workout. I'm gonna try to do 4 days of HIIT cardio in one form or another each week. Keep up the good work!

lol thanks for the checkin. Not much really going on. I took 2 weeks off for the christmas break. Went skiing once and sat around for the rest. I'm getting back into it. Sometime in the next few days. I think I've been off so long that my body wants me to stay off.
