Well, for 15 yours are popping nice already man! I just do your basic ab exercises 6 days per week to failure moving from one exercise to the other without rest.Make sure to keep your diet in check though too!
Use a belt for deadlift and squat, have a partner and use your legs for deadlift proper technique is a must, because the deadlift could be dangerous if done incorrectly, lumbar sprain, herniated disc and etc. Keep a log of your protein intake and workout. Good luck, now I need advice on more abs workouts
If you want to put on mass,
and keep it safe for you long term health, you need protein. I would recommned 1.8 times your body weight. I like IDS New Whey Liquid Protein 42, 12 Pack, Fruit Punch, because it has no fat, no cholestrol and no sugar. Mixing it up with other whey protein will increase mass. Because of your age I wouldn't try any other supplements, your body produces enough testestorome naturally. Lift as heavy as you can for your core 5 by 5, bench squat and deadlift. .
After seeing your pic I should be asking you for tips. You obviously have the right genes. If you want mass do 5 sets by 5 reps as heavy as you can go with core muscles; bench squat and deadlift (twelve weeks then rotate) Continue doing what you are doing for the other auxillary muscles. Good luck
