Background
I was 13 years old and 215 pounds. I used that summer between 7th and 8th grade to finally start losing weight. It's no fun being the fat kid.
You can easily measure your accomplishments, you feel so pumped and clean inside after working out, and I can finally be fit instead of being jealous of people who look fit.
