I started really when I was 17, but I stopped because I started college and I was working. But, I started weight training again this past February. I have been seriously weightlifting since August 2006.
Why I Love It:
I love the strength it gives me.

Not a good flexing picture. Increase my width by +3 inches since 2006. Arms are bigger, so are the shoulders. Plus gained 20lbs (look slimmer and much more proportioned than I did at 130).
My goal is drastically improve my lifting stats and achieve elite class status.
Goal (Long):
1. To significantly improve on my weightlifting stats, especially on my deadlifts, squats and bench presses.
2. To gain some muscle mass and then start cutting in mid-April.
3. To do unassisted dips and pull-ups.
4. To run a mile without puking ;)
