My motivation stems from the way working out makes me feel. I was at a point in my life where I wasn't sure if I could feel good about myself again. I guess you could say that working out for me is more of an emotional victory.

I'm soo stoked!!! My Gym is under new management and I could not be happier!! Not only do I get to workout In a Gym again but now I have access to another that is even closer to my home!

I like to go by feel... but for the most part I Pyramid or do drop sets for everything, and some times i'll super set the Pyramids or drop sets! I'm not joking, it's intense!!!

Thanks man. yeh, delts are wide and waist (when trim) is small. Always had a wide V - will have it again! Back and calves are my best parts - as of now! Impressive yourself bro. Thick ass pecs. Keep growing man. BAM!

To be honest I wasn't that impressed the NO explode would tend togive me headaches. I actually just ordered the 250 superpump and size on stack. I ordered some samples that I tried about a week ago and it seemed to get me even more pumped than the explode!

Just be consistant and it will come. Diet is everything in my experience. You only get out of your body what you put into it. Eating clean is they way to go.
