Being a model,i used to be always athletic but superlean and when i was in my 20's,i decided to start lifting more seriously to pack more size on my frame.
Why I Love It:
It is my passion, almost an obsession...!(lol)
It is an amazing sport that really makes me feel totally alive. Mind and body connection!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Besides the fact i am a personal trainer and i love what i do, i stay motivated thanks my wonderful sweetheart husband! We love to push each other in the gym!!
My goal is to win my PRO CARD in the Figure division and get sponsorship!!
Goal (Long):
I want to look my best for this 2008 Nationals' season! My dream is to turn PRO, i know it is hard to get there but i also know i can make it because i really believe in this sport and i am very dedicated to it!
I always tell my clients and my fans to never stop believing in yourself! You can accomplish almost anything if you believe in it! I have always been pushing my clients to their best in order for them to achieve their fitness goals and i do the same for me, i love challenging myself to achieve my optimum level to get to the top.
Through hard work i hope i will get there!!!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
Upcoming Contest:
Pittsburgh Masters National, USA, Team Universe, IFBB North Americans
Hey, Ully. Great appearance at the North American figure. Luv'd the stunning package and dynamite smile. You looked superb...keep competing and being a fine example.
Your photos from the Pittsburgh Masters were wonderful. You simply glowed on stage, like you were home. Keep competing...you were an awe-inspiring thrill...:)
Ursula...just wishing you a wonderful Memorial Day! I know Pittsburgh is near, and I hope all is on track. You're a natural beauty, so smile and enjoy the weekend! Harris
Hey! Just thinking of you and hoping you are well. Seems like the weather is still BLAH! I hate I'm missing the Emerald Cup this year...if you go, have a beer for me.
I can always use any advice. Kinda the broke bodybuilder right now though. I wish I could afford a precontest coach. Hey what do you think about Jeff MCarrolls deadline diet for precontest?
I'm doing Sullys Spirit of America through the OCB, and Rick Poston has a small show in Burlington VT. I think after some experience here I want to check out some NPC stuff.
I'm trying to do the same. I started slowly at 16 weeks out. It's always a battle not losing too much in my legs. Well good luck this season...you look gorgeous! Nice work!
