How I Started:
I was completely ignorant about working out 2 years ago. I then explored my school gym. And googled in working out, found this website. And learnt a LOT. I have given up a lot of times due to school pressure and then started over. This time, I hope to be persistent, because I have realized that nothing in life can be achieved without consistency. At one point I used to think that I would never get the absolutely toned legs I had always wanted, but started working out and saw the changes. I wanna change the user name, someone please help me with that?
i am soo happy to have lost 7 lbs! just eating healthy and doing a bunch of cardio :) In two weeks I want to be ready for the beach with atleast a flat tummy... I am not too far
hi legs, thanks :) keep it up with the tuna.. it does great things for your body even if it doesn't taste so great. I just eat it and don't wash any salt off..

believe me..i know guys, and i'm sure they are looking at more than youre beautifull legs my dear..But like i said,i understand and all yu need to do is"..lots of high ass reps!for everything! legs extentions,leg press,everything.
well..My legs are my worst feture!Although i have some medical reason due to my cancer i had..But i deffinately need to work them!! We all have certain body parts that train well!
OK...I bet this is just some silly name u initially signed on as. Kinda' like me and "DTrek930". Well, hopefully you will post the pics of "those legs". And I'm sure you will get good feedback encouraging you to reconsider that name. Take Care!!! ~Dawn Melanie
