How I Started:
I've been sorta maintaining for about 5 years but I really picked up my intensity just this last year. With the help of this site I've realized I was overtraining, not getting enough sleep and had a poor diet. Since then I have made changes and have begun to see new growth. Thanks BB.com

It's actually easy for me to do because there is no thinking involved - chunk of turkey or chicken or a shake -- but then I have to make pizza & mac and cheese etc for my kids!!
