How I Started:
I've been sorta maintaining for about 5 years but I really picked up my intensity just this last year. With the help of this site I've realized I was overtraining, not getting enough sleep and had a poor diet. Since then I have made changes and have begun to see new growth. Thanks BB.com
Why I Love It:
I love the personal challenge and satisfaction it brings me.
How I Stay Motivated:
By knowing that if I'm consistant with my diet, sleep and workouts that the results will come. Started High reps today! (12-17-08)
BB Accomplishments:
Getting 285lbs on bench! (JAN 2-09) 2 DAYS BEFORE OFFICIAL CUT START DATE 610lbs on leg press for 8 reps!!

It's actually easy for me to do because there is no thinking involved - chunk of turkey or chicken or a shake -- but then I have to make pizza & mac and cheese etc for my kids!!
