Why I Love It:
Healthy outlet for stress, keeps my body healthy and active, I love to change my lifting sched` weekly as well i trying different moves and exercises i gather from the web.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wristband looks @ me 24/7 so that helps :) if you dont get it dont wrry, I also keep looking to tomorrow and the body i want.
BB Accomplishments:
I was able to drop the xtra baggage from my post high school days, and i have stay motivated enough to get up @ 6:30 and hit the gym by 9, my gym opens @ 9 btw, and i have given myself a thorough knowledge of this new lifestyle by emersing myself into mag`s buying supp`s and constantly reading articles and forums.
