Why I Love It:
Healthy outlet for stress, keeps my body healthy and active, I love to change my lifting sched` weekly as well i trying different moves and exercises i gather from the web.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wristband looks @ me 24/7 so that helps :) if you dont get it dont wrry, I also keep looking to tomorrow and the body i want.
BB Accomplishments:
I was able to drop the xtra baggage from my post high school days, and i have stay motivated enough to get up @ 6:30 and hit the gym by 9, my gym opens @ 9 btw, and i have given myself a thorough knowledge of this new lifestyle by emersing myself into mag`s buying supp`s and constantly reading articles and forums.

The difference is my heart..its bigger and stronger works harder and longer, if your heart was half the size of mine your chest would explode......You cant push yourself hard enough if your playin xbox and eating fast food for 4 meals a day can you??? You think your making money cause you work 60 hours a week @ a deadend job and live with your folks...HA, Bitch grow up and get out!!!
