I was pretty run down, not really sure why, but no nrg for anything.
Seem to be pretty well back on track. Lowered the weights I am lifting to make it through the workout, added a few more carbs to the diet and back to tracking everything I eat. Needed a bit of a reset I think.

Hey UD, I see the weight's been kind of all over. Where's the tough point for you? Bad food? Hard getting workouts in?

Thanks much, UD! Pretty much it amounts to controlling my calorie count (about 2100/day), and working out ... a lot. (Perhaps 7-8 hours a week of cardio, and 2.5-3 hours of weight lifting with cardio between sets.) The weeks where I control the calorie count the best are where I tend to lose my weight. Thanks for noticing! I often look and can't see the difference...

its going good havent lost any weight still at 170 but my strenth has gone way up can lift way more weight. how about yourself?

Thanks. I forgot how hard it is as you get older to make the muscle gains and weight loss. It looks like you have been making some great progress, Can easily see the difference.
