When I Started: Sep 2001
HOW I STARTED:

When i was in high school i never lifted and never had anyone to show me the ropes the summer before i went to a two year school my cousin got me passionate about looking good and feeling great !

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the way i look ! I also love the healthy life style it has given me .

Alright well im signing up on this site so that i can gather as much information as possible to achieve the best results possible! So if you have advice for someone who has a ton of trouble gaining weight and have seen some results with your practices or routines please let me know i would love to talk and learn !
