I just want to say isn't it amazing how a womens body can bounce back after having children and exercising.You certainly have. Btw I used to be a Miller girl, sometimes it was hard to put that tiny short dress on..you?

Sounds like that works for you. Most guys don't do that much cardio, but its very important part of fitness.

Yes it is hot, now is not a good time, air quality not good either. My friend and I go to Santa Monica sometimes and blade down to Manhattan beach to get away.

If your interested when the weather gets better I could use a rollerblade partner. I work harder at it that way.

I am doing super. My workouts are great but it is time to change. To much party in the summer so I have to get my bodyfat back down. More treadmill sprinting and active rest workouts. Still need to work my glutes hard in order to keep them though. Do you have a week schedule of workouts or do you change?

I do workout about the same time in the morning. I don't really care for all the blood that was shed and one of those fights,part of the process. I do like Joe Rogans comentary.

I dont currently. I have a trainer that is speed and agility certified,she is home on vacation right now. We used to have Jade Molina working with us but he is in Ventura now.

Had to console my chihuahua on friday from the fireworks? Do you have a dog or dogs? Watched UFC on Saturday, bloody match. My energy is low from the heat but attitude is still great and doing well in my workouts. Do you workout in morning or evening?

had a quiet fourth. had to console my little chihuahua. Summers seem to get tuff for me as far as eating, to many events and I have managed to gain a few lbs. Thank you for stopping by. Hope your summer is going well for you!

I would pick Newport of course. To many crazy people at Oceana dunes but one of my clients is going there. He has a Rino and a RZR. We have no plans but to lay low. May be going to Mammoth the following weekend.

I would guess not to many gyms up there so you have the market for that.Gives you plenty of time to workout. How many square feet do you have?

I train my abs at least 3 times a week. And I also teach a matt Pilates class which is all core exercises.
