This was taken 5 years ago after a body for life challenge, because I slacked over the holidays. I would like to improve from here and get leaner.Weight was the same as now.
Back has gained some muscle. Trying to keep weight at 110 but bounces up to 112.My hamstrings still need some work:)
My goal is to lose bodyfat and be superfit at 40 something.
Goal (Long):
I will work on my 2 bad habbits that are holding back my progress. To cut the red wine drinking down to only twice a month and to stop the Dove dark chocolate down to maybe once a month. Sure would save me some money and bring my bodyfat down. I would like to be able to keep my bodyfat at 12%. Ideally it would be 11% at 110 lbs.
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
I like to share my goals with friends and family because it motivates them to staying healthy too. It makes me feel good to know that I am helping others.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Actually, I work out in the mornings so motivation is easy! I am usually full of energy in the mornings! On days I'm not motivated my kids are usually pushing me to go to the gym because they love going too.Actually, I work out in the mornings so motivation is easy! What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I take All American EFX's liquid Aminos and liquid L-glutamine along with a vitamin C pack called EMERGEN-C.
I did a light workout on my legs yesterday. And some hard core back and posterior delts. I was able to do 4 sets of 20 on the leg press, with light weight, and some reverse lunges with light weight. My leg does not hurt when I do those things, hurts more when standing.
I just wanted to stop by and tell you that you look great! I am trying hard to get my abs in shape, that is my trouble spot! Keep up the hard work, it is paying off!! -cat
Howdy. The pt business is next to non existant, but the gym is going quite well. The commercial thing is kinda funny, I know lots of people that have seen them, yet I never have actually seen them on tv. lol. have a great day and I hope it doesn't get too hot down there today!
My weekend was OK, I went out and had drinks for the first time in a while and now Im paying for it :(.. That is so awesome your opening a new place, Im sure it will be a little stressful but well worth it. Pole Dancing, my goodness Im sure all the guys were drooling! Happy Belated b-day.
I tried to help everyone and I'm happy to answer anything asked but even being paid, they would drive me nuts when they would not follow directions but still want results. I'd rather just help the average joe for fun. It offer me an outlet for my expectations. I give you all the credit in the world. They need you. LOL
Thanks for the add. Keep in touch. I have a full time career as a Service Manager for a car dealer so I limit my clients to MMA fighters, Bodybuilders and Fitness contestents. So I always have more then I need. How about you?
