When I Started: Apr, 2005
How I Started: my step dad worked out a lot and i always saw him eating right and leaving early in the morning to workout so that made me want to. i also play basketball and we would workout as a team and i loved it
Why I Love It: its a great stress reliever and it builds self confidence
