I have been weight lifting steadily since April of 2007. So far I have gained 40 pounds. When I started, I was embarassed to even be in the weights section but that has all changed. I started at first and could barely push up 135pds 10 times on the flat bench. This just gave me the motivation I needed to get to where I am so far.
My overall goal is to get down to 10% body fat and be toned.

I was on my third set of squats today and my legs just quit! I was pretty embarassed but luckily I had my workout partner spotting me. It was the first exercise of the night too! It kinda put me down for about 15 minutes but I got back into the groove and pushed the negative notion out of the...
