WHATS UP NIC! i havent been on here in forever... the past months have been crazy... im officially out of the navy in August though, 5lbs from my goal of 185... i hit 315 on bench finally...hows life goin for you?

15 days!!! it is gonna be awesome...i go in for my ROTC scholarship interview next week also so i am excited for that too... how is life back there? i am back in japan now and loving it... finally 21 now lol so i am looking forward to coming home

life in the navy is crazy...i got to japan...now we are back out to sea...on our way to korea...then guam then i finally get to go home and see my family for thanksgiving! hows everything with you?

WHATS UP!!! im off the coast of hawaii right now...thankfully i wasnt to far away to not be able to my eagles tear it up sunday!! the phils beat the marlins so thats a plus now we just need to pull it together for the brewers and we should be ok...whats new?

im going to be there until my time in the navy is up so until next summer...its going to be my home port but im always going to be deployed...we are the forward deployed carrier so im going to be out 8 months out of the year...as soon as i get there from this underway im only inport for 5 days then off to South Korea...the schedule is hectic...but its just more time to work out...your looking great im sure your gonna do great
