I have been working out on and off since 2003. Nothing very consistant just something to maintain. I managed Gold's Gym while in college and made the free membership useful.
to get my pre-mommy body back... even though it's been 3 years!
Goal (Long):
I want to develop a consitant training and nutrition plan. I recently moved to NC and am learning my way around. My problems in the past were that it was all or nothing and I am trying to change that way of thinking. I have realized that being super woman is hard to do. I am wife, mother, and student and am also working part-time. So for now my goal is to be in the gym at least 3 days per week with a clean diet at least 6 days.
She's been there for me through my many ups and downs in fitness probably understand more than most why I have ups and downs. I couldn't ask for a better friend on here!
Amy has always been supportive of me through my ups and downs of working out... she has done amazing things. She shows that it's never impossible to get back into shape after children and it shouldn't be used as an excuse! Oh and she's a tuna lover...
Ok so my progress pictures are up... wow, that really puts things into perspective. I don't want to be hard on myself because that really isn't going to get me anywhere. I just now realize what I have let myself become. I have recently gone through a lot of major changes, it's been stressful....
Ur too sweet...this keto diet of nancy is....ugh...of course getting all 5-6 meals in...very hard for me!! ALRIGHT I GOTTA DO THIS...i know i keep saying that, but i have stop talking the talk and take the walk...lol!!
Ha ha!! Sometimes i wish i had someone in my life that shared the same desire to be fit...but i dont know..lol!! This saturday is the lackland AFB figure comp. i think i am going to go to that..of course i was hoping to be hot by now, but it will be a great motivation factor!!
That will be great!!! I need to get going at it again today!! Was going to go yesterday, then i got a call from my baby, she had lost control of her car and went in a ditch, Thank God she didnt get hurt, just shaken up!! But that sent my stress level to a new high!!
Thanks Girlie...still have so much work to do...ugh!! But WE will get there!! Have to go for my run yet, then to the gym, then go tan....what a life!! LOL! Hey did u see krystalkirby got transformation of the week!!?
Hehehe...I like that:). Good to hear from you Meg! Doing well, getting a better handle on leaning up while maintaining strength....so I'm going with it! How's everything with you?
Lets hope so!! Actually Nancy (NMS) is going to help me....i am going to submit to her weekly (pics, weight)..having a hard time sticking to her diet...lol!!
