This is a photo of me before I started weight training or watching my diet closely. At this point in my life, I was just a college athlete.

Goal (Long):
I have always been an athlete, and have always been in shape so to speak. However, I never had the muscular physique's I commonly saw on women when I would go to the Drill Hall with my Dad in my Navy Brat days. As I grew-up and went through college, I became more familiar with weight rooms and proper lifting techniques and better eating habits. During college I worked at a Gold's Gym and it was while doing so, I found the determination, love for, and desire to...COMPETE. Working in such a well known gym gave me the opportunity to meet the best of the best in the fitness industry. After meeting people like Monica Bryant, Ava Cowan, Arnold, Phil Heath, Gunter, etc...I knew I had found my niche in this world. Shortly after, I became a personal trainer and hired one for myself in efforts to prepare for my first contest the summer of 06. I came in 1st place, a definite highlight, but only a taste of what I was capable of. I intend to make my mark in the fitness industry through competing and fitness modeling. I model alot now but would really like to become well known within fitness modeling specifically. Stay tuned...
Alrighty then...my workout partner has decided to drop from our intended Sept 13th NPC show in West Virginia, so...do I go on and compete w/o him and take my hand in NPC as I spoke about in my last post? OR...do I follow through with the OCB competition with 6 of my good friends like we...
