When I Started:

How I Started:
I've been in the Marine Corps for about a year and a half now. I'm in good shape but I've never been the "biggest" guy around. I just got deployed and started reading a lot of Muscle & Fitness and Flex as well as a lot of online articles. They have inspired me to finally make the changes that I've always wanted to make.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling that I get from a great workout. I love pushing myself to the limit. My general attitude has improved greatly as well as my energy levels.
How I Stay Motivated:
I constantly have my nose in a M&F or Flex or I'm on the computer reading about fitness and nutrition. I keep a mental image of what I want to become and I push myself to do everything I can to make that a reality.
BB Accomplishments:

The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens.

My goal is to cut down to 12% BF and maintain my 195 lb weight.
Goal (Long):
I've been in the Marine Corps for a little over a year and a half. I'm now in the best shape of my life but I'm still not very "big". My goal is to have a good amount of muscle yet maintain the 'cut' look.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Made the usual begginer mistakes, tried to lift too heavy. Wasn't thinking like a beggining bodybuilder.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Don't think about what the pros do to keep the physique they have, think of what they did to get where they are. Think small, work hard, and stay motivated!

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Yesterday I got my foundation set, beggining pictures, weight maxes. Today I start my journey, the destination? A body that I can be happy to go home with. My tools? Hard work, dedication, motivation. 6 months until the end of my deployment, it's going to take a lot of hard work to get where...
Discs are on the way, along with a little extra ;) Back to a weight program after prepping for and nailing the PT test. Today was my first deadlift session in several months. I'm guessing tomorrow will be painful :)
Ill give the shotgun a try sometime but nano has worked so i got to stick with it. You should try it tho you wont be disappointed. Kick some ass in Iraq to and be safe
How is Gakic work never tried that. Im just using whey and nano vapor love that stuff. Was going to try no explode but was told nano vapor worked better. Try that after no explode and let me know what you think
