Nice physique...you don't have your motivation level set but I imagine it must be on high. You don't get results like that if your intensity/focus is lagging. Good work.

Wow, you're amazingly disciplined! I need a 10 pound loss to reach my goal. Stuck in a plateau myself at the moment. Hoping to get over the hump this weekend with some extra cardio sessions. Feeling good about the muscles tone I've accomplished though!

haha yeh im sorry about that, well you were the one driving hahaha, its good out here boss, been cutting up too, im down to like 225, with even lower bf, prob around 6sih, ive been running alot, and 235lbs running is not pretty, i just got one some supps again, creatine, no, aminos, nothing serious just trying to maintain now, your looking sick bro, how much you weighing? hope all is well with you too, take care...

I started training while stationed on Guam in 1980, I've trained several guys and gals that have competed well and won some shows. To be honest though, I'm working with Dave Vignasse right now from www.davevignasse.com and he is much more knowledgable than me or anyone I've met. Give him a free call and see what he can do for you.

You'll get there buddy, you had the testicals to get through boot camp, you can do this. I'd up my good fats a little. Remember 1 gram of fat has 9 calories as apposed to 4 calories per gram of carbs and protein.
