on and off in high school but never to where i am now where its what i wake up and look forward to.

How I Stay Motivated:
The Marine Corps taught me how to always give 110%, never give up, do everything to the best of my ability, and to turn the aggression on and off like a flip of switch which helps in the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining muscle weight after almost a year of lots of cardio(running 20 miles a week) and very little lifting.
