How I Started:
I worked out a lot in college and when I was living/workig in Europe. I was probably in the best shape of my life then. Somehow I woke up one day and realized I was 34 and have not gone to the gym more than 5 times in the past year....sad. It's always easy to find an excuse not to go, so I am on my last month at Golds Gym and building a home gym in my basement. I can't wait to start using it.
Why I Love It:
I believe that a strong mind starts with a strong body. My work/life is very demanding at times, and I want to be able to stay on the top of the game at all times.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am building a home gym which is really exciting. A good workout partner, and keeping the belt in the same notch every day will hopefully do the rest! I play Volleyball a lot so finding time for work outs is a challenge sometimes.
I want to keep fit and live a healthier Lifestyle.
Goal (Long):
I would tlike to build muscle, gain strength, and improve my cardio-vascular health through a consistent workout routine. I would also like to revamp my diet but first things first!
