How I Started:
I've always done some gym work. But more recently i have decided to take it more seriously and concentrate on building muscle.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out because its highly rewarding in appearance and gains. Also the buzz of hitting the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep looking at others and there acheivements and then aim to beat them.

Its just your body's way off letting off some steam.

Tracky bottoms and TShirt, as they are comfortable and practical. Not into gym fashion.
