Finally posting a before picture. I've lost down to 178lbs but its time to start working out and putting on some muscle as I reduce my bodyfat. I ready to look better than before.

I'm 178 lbs here and definitely need to get rid of the fat and build some muscle. I want to have a solid physique with good muscle mass and definition. (beach body type)

7 lb weight loss since last progress pic on 8-3-09. I still have a ways to go to get rid of the extra bodyfat. I've started working out three days a week about 2 weeks ago.
