I came across this picture and saw what I had looked like in April 2007. I can't believe that I let myself get this out of shape.
Not as much difference as I had hoped but I'm staying strict with my diet and exercise program. Time will tell.

I'm 178 lbs here and definitely need to get rid of the fat and build some muscle. I want to have a solid physique with good muscle mass and definition. (beach body type)
