This is my first day on Cell-Tech. My start weight is 111-Lbs.I have been working out for 2 months w/ minimal results. I want to achieve massive gains in muscle & mass.
After 1 wk on Cell-Tech. I only "loaded" 3 days 'cause it was too much sugar for me to consume (stomach couldn't take it). I am currently on the "maintenance phase".

Great Lesnar training vid...he IS a beast. Cant imagine at the end of a workout jumping in a tub of ice water either.
