How I Started:
High school sports started me into lifting weights. Muscle magazines like Muscle & Fitness got me into bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
It's a constant challenge to see how well you can do. It's something that you can't cheat at or fake. If you slack on you diet or in the gym.... you look like shit. It's great!
How I Stay Motivated:
My girlfriend helps me stay motivated. She is always wanting to go to the gym and asks about my weights I use and throws in those little comments you like to hear about my physique.
BB Accomplishments:
Competing. I wanted to get on stage at least once. My schedule of school and sports really put a hinder on being able to compete, but I made it happen. I had a football game on Friday night and then drove a few hours that night to get on a stage the next night.

Old fashioned bodybuilding style 3-4 set and 10-12 rep workouts. Usually 3 exercises and at a high intensity.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Superset workouts with either dips or close-grip pushups in between each sets of tricep exercises I do. For example, I'll do Cable Pressdowns 3x10 and do 20 dips in between each set.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
High rep everything. I'll do 300-400 calf raises and finish off with Seated Calf Raises 3x20 with heavy weight.
