When I was in high school I was quite large, I weighed 226Lbs and was 5foot 5inches tall. I got sick and tired of being obese so I through out my medicine and started hitting the weights. At first I was just doing a little here and there it has not been until the last four years that i have become dedicated.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because the way it makes me feel when I get done. Working out has transformed me both inside and out , that is why I love working out so much.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirror and seeing the changes and what else I can transform my body into. The other reason is that working out for me is an addiction, If I do not work out then I feel horrible.
In my head.(i just put things together that are healthy and eat them no matter what it tastes like, you eat because you have to not because it tastes good).

Hey bro, how's ur progress going with hitting ur goals?... I'm still trying to drop about 20 lbs of fat. I lost about 8 lbs pretty quick, but I'm stuck at 215 for the last 2 weeks. Got any good dieting tips?
Well damn those are some great goals. Me myself I slacked a little on the family riding time so I am going to make sure I go out with the hubby and boy more when we bring out the dirtbikes. Thats my big one FAMILY TIME...the others are small trivial things. Thanks for asking.
Hey man, looks like you made an amazing transformation and are on your way to another. Just curious about your diet and lifting regime, i'm trying to lean out as well.
