Goal (Long):
My routine ended up looking a little clunky so I want to make it look smooth. Mostly just for respect. Maybe I can win best poser at some point.
I lost to a guy in the novice class sheerly because of density. My posing was better. I want more density. Getting lean isn't that hard.
Also, I want to compete in the OCB federation.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

I finally got my bodyfat measured and now I have somewhere to go. I'm at 6.6% BF. That means I can probably get to 5% by my first competition April 11th. It's a small show, and I couldnt probably compete the way I look right now, but why just compete when I can have the physique to...
As I am trying to lose fat, while maintaining lean body mass, if not building, I am doing a muscular hypertrophy phase. While not completely ignoring strength work outs I am mainly doing moderate intensity workouts paired with high volume.
things are going ok for me. i had to back out of a show two weeks ago. i was upset that i had to do that but things that were way more important took priority. but i'm in the gym hitting it hard and trying to put on some lean mass for next year.
Chris, your progress photos show a remarkable transformation. Congratulation for what you have achieved, and kudos for the hard work and commitment it took. All in under 2 1/2 yrs. wow.
