guest I just read your question you had asked on the 11th where you had asked how you could get your bench up because of a football weightlifting test. I was wondering how you did. I too am stuck at 225 X 8 and have been for about two months. Its very frustrating do you have any tips ? May 2, 2007 6:20pm
