How I Started:
Throughout high school, I played sports and was in and out of the weight room. After high school I was hot & cold with the gym; never consistent. As of over a year ago, I made a decision to sculpt my body and be dedicated and motivated. The day I made that decision, I promised myself that walking through the gym doors will never cease. This was a life decision, not a resolution of any sort.
Why I Love It:
The results are the biggest aspect I love the most. I put in hard work and time in the gym 5-6 times a week. I love the feeling of a good pump, the endorphin release, and just the overall progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see all the super-fit members of this site and it makes me want to kill it at the gym! Also, I read, read, read! I try not to reinvent the wheel. I keep things really simple. I find bodybuilders that I want to look like and I mimic their diet, routine, and techniques. I take that information and integrate it into my own routine to develop an awesome workout regimen and diet!

My training is coming along well. I have been working on adding some good weight.I curently am up to 175. Now I would like lean down to 170.How have you been?
truth be told. I never add anyone myself, just accept requests. I was afraid of being percieved as a friends whore here. I am blessed that 3800 people thought I am good enough to call a friend!!!
That explains it. I got the exact opposite goin on (well I got the bad knees too) I hurt my shoulder at the end of my bulking stage so I had to cut much longer than I was planning on it. Hope fully 1 month and 10 lbs from now I can start climbing the ladder again!
